The more you shop, the faster you accumulate points and the sooner you reach the higher-value tiers.
We're working on RAC Perks with Strava integration so you can unlock perks as you hit mileage milestones. While you can currently connect to Strava, the RAC Perks is not live yet. We'll announce it in the app when it's ready.
The app is the only way event check-ins turn into points, and it's where you'll keep tabs on the rest of your account.
It usually takes 1 to 3 days for points to appear after an in-store purchase. If you bought in-store, double-check that the email used at checkout matches your rewards account email.
No, once you are signed up your purchases will automatically sync, usually in 1-3 days, each time you make a purchase.
Yes. Purchases through our website and through the RAC Rewards app earn a point per dollar the same way in-store purchases do, as long as you're signed in to your rewards account.
We can only award points for purchases made starting the day you sign up for the program, so anything before that won't retroactively count.
