    If You Aren't Happy, We're Not Happy! 

    If you are unhappy with any purchase for any reason, simply return it or we'll help you exchange it for a different product within 30 days of purchase*

     

    Refunds

    Refunds are provided in the original form of payment for the purchase price of the item, including sales tax. You may also choose a store credit to be applied to your account instead of a refund being issued. Our staff reserves the right to issue a refund in an alternative form of payment when necessary.

    ~ Cash - for the safety of our staff, we keep limited cash on hand. Cash returns may be refunded with a check when a refund exceeds our minimum cash drawer needs and may take up to 30 days to be issued from the date of return.

    ~ Credit Card - refunds must be returned to the same card charged at time of purchase.

    ~ Checks - we no longer accept checks.

    ~ Gift Cards - RAC store gift cards, VISA gift cards, and any other "gift card" accepted will be refunded in the form of a store credit. We are unable to give cash back for any purchases made originally with any form of gift card.

    Defective Products

    We will exchange any product determined to be a manufacturing defect within 90 days of purchase. This does not include wear & tear or product issues caused from normal usage.

    Where To Return

    All returns or exchanges must be made at any one of our four locations. If you are unable to bring the items to the store, you are responsible for shipping the items back to our store at your own cost. Items will be examined and verified before issuing back credit or refund.

    Refused Shipments (Returned to Sender)

    If any orders are shipped to you and are subsequently refused by the recipient or marked as “returned to sender", a 15% restocking fee based on the original order value will be incurred. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring smooth order processing.

     

    Return Policy Exceptions

    ~ lululemon items must be in new (unwashed, unworn, not altered) condition with all original, unaltered tags. If tags have been manipulated (price blocked out, cut out, etc) we are unable to accept a return or exchange. 

    ~ Track and Cross Country spikes: if worn, may be exchanged or returned for store credit only

    ~ Items purchased at more than 30% off are considered Final Sale and may not be returned or exchanged. 

    ~ Items purchased more than 180 days after they have been discontinued or 180 days after a new or updated model has been released are considered Final Sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

    ~ We reserve the right to suspend this policy to anyone when we determine it is being abused and our staff reserves the right to make exceptions or changes to this policy at any time and without notice.

     

    *The Nitty Gritty: if you need to make a return/exchange, we want it to be easy for you. For our own protection as a small business, we have a few policies/procedures in place but we are willing to work with you within reason if there is an issue. Our goal is to make you happy! For full return/exchange policy details, including exceptions, please read above. Returned items must have original packaging.
