MEN'S VELOCITY MP TRACK SPIKE

Saucony Velocity MP - The All-Event Powerhouse for the Versatile Athlete The Saucony Velocity MP (Multi-Purpose) was engineered for the student-athlete and the diverse competitor who tackles everything the track season throws at them. Rather than switching shoes between the 400m and the long jump, the Velocity MP serves as your "running spark plug," offering a balanced platform that is aggressive enough for speed and cushioned enough for distance. It’s built for those who want one reliable tool to sharpen their performance across the board. Technological Performance 6-pin Pebax® spike plate provides aggressive traction and a rigid platform for powerful take-offs. Lightweight PWRRUN foam midsole offers just enough cushioning to protect the foot during jumps and longer races. Breathable mesh upper is reinforced with TPU for a secure, locked-down fit during lateral movements. Durable rubber outsole extends through the heel to provide extra grip and longevity on all track surfaces. What’s New Updated upper construction features higher-tensile materials for better durability during the rigors of hurdles and jumping events. Refined plate geometry balances forefoot stiffness with enough flexibility for events up to 5,000m. New colorway options designed to stand out under the stadium lights. Versatility for Every Mover Power Your Run : The ideal entry-to-intermediate spike for 400m, 800m, and 1600m events where a mix of speed and support is critical. Walking & Daily Motion : While designed for the track, the die-cut EVA provides the necessary comfort for athletes walking between event stations and warm-up areas. Reliable Comfort for Every Shift : Though specialized for the oval, its lightweight build inspires the same reliable performance that service workers and medical professionals look for in their high-tempo daily environments.
