    Community Ambassador

    Run local. Walk local. Lead local.

     

    At Runners Athletic Company, we believe that movement has the power to connect us. We aren't just looking for the fastest runners on the block; we are looking for the heart and soul of the Great Lakes Bay fitness community.

     

    We are selecting 12 to 16 individuals—3 to 4 per store location—to serve as the official face of our Saginaw, Bay City, Midland, and Mt. Pleasant stores for the 2026 calendar year. As a Community Ambassador, you are the bridge between our shops and the trails, roads, and sidewalks we share.

     

    Who are we looking for?

    We are building a diverse team that represents every type of athlete. We’re looking for three distinct types of leaders:

    • The Pace Setter: The local "go-to" person who leads clubs and offers expert advice.
    • The Trailblazer: The everyday athlete who shares their journey and inspires others to get moving.
    • The Messenger: The visual storyteller who loves capturing the beauty of our local runs and races.

    The Commitment

    • Stay Active
      Represent the team by wearing your gear at 6+ local events per year.
    • Lead the Way
      Host or co-lead at least one event each quarter (group runs, clinics, demos).
    • Share the Story
      Maintain a public social media presence, sharing your training and store updates.
    • Be a Resource
      Act as a positive, inclusive voice for runners and walkers of all levels.
